“He was Hungry/Thirsty and was in Great Pain When I Saw.”
I was Just Roaming around my Neighbors Place, and suddenly I saw a Puppy with Big Scarp on his Face, He was very Scared whenever I tried go near him, Upon Inquiring Little Boy from the same neighborhood told me he was beaten by his own mom.
Puppy was Literally Crying and Howling around on the Ground, I Quickly Put Bowl full of Water In front him, He Drank little bit of water I Gently took a look on his Bitten Face to check How Big was the Scarp. I Inquired whole thing with the neighboring Houses and Found out that Mom was Just trying to Discipling His Baby, The Bite was a complete Mistake and it was not Intentional.
The Neighbors told that He had 6 Puppies Before, and 5 out of that 6 was Bitten to Death, Only this Little Angel Survived. His Mom was just Playing out of Tendencies, After all No Mother would do that Intentionally. She was also very thin so she had no Milk to Feed her Puppy Completely. We Quickly Bring Goat Milk for both. As Puppy was Starving it completely Drank all the Milk. Puppy’s Belly Became Round after finishing the Milk. I leave the place upon seeing it.
The Next time I saw the Puppy, It seemed to have a cold and sneezing constantly. It’s Face was Completely Dirty. It was not looked after by anyone. I Expressed my Desire to Buy the Puppy to all the Neighbor Houses, But they all refused and wanted to keep it there.
But Upon my Third Visit, Puppy was eating Charcoal, and was Starving Again. I waved at him and He Obediently came over to me. it seemed to have recognized me. It Sat on My feet and Reluctant to leave Me. I again told my desire to buy that puppy but owner refused me to take Him away. I was Powerless.
I Decided to Visit the Puppy Next Day, On the 4th Day When I saw it, the dog’s condition had deteriorated, I Continued to persistently ask the dog owner, He was finally ready to Sell me for 50 USD. I took away the Baby with Final Goodbye to it’s Mom.
The First thing he was served at my house was Goat Milk. The Unfamiliar Environment made him little nervous, But he was away from Direct Sunlight and Dirt. Because it was just his first day at home I did not dared to give him Full Bath.
Next day, We decided to take it to the Hospital, Doctors Checked the Bitten Areas and Found out the Wounds were already Infected, They also took out the Stones that went inside the wounds. It was looking like the mom dog was bitten for more than One time. It was weighted Less than 2 Pounds. Doctors applied all the Medications Necessary.
He was Also had trouble opening his eyes wide open, doctor suggested it would take some time to open full eyes. As Suggested by doctors I started giving all the Medications on time but It was Rejecting the Medicines like any other child. He kept spitting out medicinal liquid every time it gave. I decided to Name the Puppy “Xiao Liu” Because It was the 6th Child and the Puppy who at-least Survived.
The Puppy was Really Well behaved and did not make any noise in the night but Sometimes in a day He Loved to Make Havoc and Sounds of Cans. Whenever I shout at him, or whenever He Sense My Anger, Xiao Liu would cling me and act Cute.
His Nose also Started to Form, Xiao Liu’s Favorite Place in the house was Balcony. Every time It was New and Fascinating for Him, We also bought Some Toys to Keep it entertained. Of course after disinfecting the toys we let him play with it.
As Suggested by Doctors. We Started Giving Him Solid Food. At this young age he learned to protect and hiding his food, His Teething Days Also Started, So does Chewing every item he reaches too.
After a Month and Half Xiao Liu Healed almost completely and It was time for its first vacation. Forward to this Day he gain weight almost to 7 Pounds. Doctors were also Shocked to see how fast his weight increased. We also completed all the vaccinations required.
He started taking my Instructions, Only Before the Meal Of course. He has great Focus. He finishes all the Food in one Go. and Always Ask for Bone after the food as Reward- Meal Treat. My Xiao Liu is Now Living All Healthy All Positive and Confident Life.
